How do I schedule an APPOINTMENT?

To schedule an appointment please call or text at (206)-880-1126 .

 

Is video chat hard to do?

No! We have great programs that will send out text messages to your phone or email and all you have to do is click! You do have to have a webcam and microphone(most computers have this hardware).

Do you see clients outside of Washington State? 

  At this time we are focusing our practice in only Washington State. 

How much do you charge per private session?

We charge an initial evaluation cost of $375 and follow up appointments for medication management are $200 per session. 

Does Evergreen Telepsychiatry prescribe control medications?

At this time we do prescribe controlled medications if warranted for the diagnosis. 

If I’m a client and need my medications refilled what should I do?

Please call (206)-880-1126 and leave your name number and the prescriptions you need refilled.

What payment forms do you accept?

We accept debit, all major credit cards.

We do not accept cash, or checks.

Do you offer evening, weekend, or holiday appointments?

We currently offer appointments  between 1PM and 6PM, Monday and Wednesday. Some Tuesday hours in the afternoon/evening are also open. The practice is closed weekends and major holidays. 

I need to cancel my scheduled appointment how do I go about doing that?

You may cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before free of charge by emailing evergreentelepsych@gmail.com.  If you cancel less than 24 hours or “no show” you will be charged $50.

If I show up late to my appointment, will I still be seen?

If you show late to your appointment, you may have to reschedule.

What health insurances do you accept?

At this time we are currently accepting Optum,Aetna,Premera and self pay.

What software do you use to communicate with clients?

We use doxy.me for computer users and Doximity for iPhone and android users.  Zoom is also an option as backup.

 

Do you require clients to provide payment for each visit?

No. All patients are on a scheduled payment plan if their is copay or deductible. 

What if my employer or family member calls the office and requests information about my treatment or diagnosis?

Our staff strictly adheres to HIPAA guidelines. Federal law prohibits us from releasing information to anyone unless you provide written authorization.   

 

What should I do in an emergency situation?

  If your situation is life-threatening, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.  If your situation is non-urgent and can be handled during normal business hours, please call the office at: (206)-880-1126
